Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Studio de la Bassa - Welkeys in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in. All requests for late arrival and early checkout are subject to confirmation by the property. The following surcharges apply for arrivals after check-in hours and departures before check-out hours: - Check-in from 21:00 to 24:00 – EUR 22 - Check-in from 24:00 to 06:00 – EUR 44 - Check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 – EUR 20 - Check-in or Check-out on a public holiday – EUR 10 Fees are cumulative. Fees for early check-out and check-in/check-out on a public holiday must be paid in cash.
