If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered Tourist Accommodation - Tourist Contract. For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
